Sapa Bakery is an artisanal Bakery and specializes in sour dough breads, French and German patisserie. Started by Diner Weber, whose journey began in her mother' kitchen in Germany. Her family valued food over everything and spent a lot of time and put in efforts in making freshly cooked food.

After having worked in many café's in different cities, she mastered the art of making sourdough breads. In Mysore, after spending enough time on understanding the taste preferences of the localities, climatic attributes and raw ingredients the sour dough formula was created. Her sourdough starter is about 4 years old.

People from the neighboring  cities travel all the way to Mysuru to have their heavenly offerings.  The local's who know about them pre order sourdoughs and other items so that they don’t miss out the freshly oven baked goodies.

The ingredients used are organic wherever possible and locally sourced from producers and artisans. To break monotony their menu changes every week and the café opens at 12 Pm and goes up to 9PM.

They have now shifted to a much larger place in Gokulam now which is  Mysore style architectural house which has been beautifully renovated giving a cozy and a laid back ambience.
